Contests & Awards Casino Night Everyone will be given a set number of chips to play at the tables with. You can buy more chips if you run out. The goal is to win as many chips as possible which will be exchanges for (raffle) tickets that we will raffle/auction off some fun prizes. Memorabilia Contest We would love for you to bring some of your oldest grade school or high school stuff that for some reason you saved all these years. We’ll put these items on display and give awards and prizes for the best of them. Anything from clothes, love notes, sports stuff, report cards, hair accessories, trophies, books, P.E. shorts, skateboards, your boyfriend – whatever stuff you’ve got that would be fun to see! Email us ahead of time to let the committee know what you’re bringing – just bring items to Friday night so we can display Friday and Saturday and decide awards (on Saturday Night). Best Yearbook Signing Go through your books – and submit “a Best” yearbook note that you can find that you (and the other person) would feel comfortable sharing. Just email them to us or fax if a photo copy. This is on the Directory Information Sheet – we’re going to award our “Best(s)” stories that are submitted. Best Photos Photos we wouldn’t have in the yearbook – you can upload them onto the website www.ThunderbirdClassof88.myevent.com. “Mosts” Awards We usually come up with these at the event like “Most Changed”, “Most Kids” – Now that we’re 20 years away from graduation – we’d love some more creative ideas on some fun awards.
